My mission is to help you elevate your health and recovery, after you have your baby, using ancient wisdom, so that you are able to thrive for many years to come.

I am not your typical Postpartum Doula, I set up realistic expectations for you and your situation, so that you can thrive once baby is here.

The time after you have your baby, is one of the most important, sacred and vulnerable times of your life.

Welcome, I am Olivia, your Postpartum Doula. I am here to help support, empower, educate and nourish you after you have your baby.

MY APPROACH

There is lots to learn from ancient wisdom...

Ayurveda is one of the most ancient wisdoms, meaning they have had thousands and thousands of years to really refine health and vitality for mamas, after they give birth to their babies. It all comes down to bringing your body back into balance, through certain modalities, which I incorporate into my practice

I believe all woman should feel cared for and nourished during this time, giving the body a chance to heal after the beauty that is labour and birth.

When we look after mamas in this way, not only does the health of the mama benefit, but everyone in that immediate family can reap the rewards of a more vibrant mama.
